Shift Your Thoughts to Create Change

Look at it as a temporary stepping stone on the way to the job you do want. Redefine your job description in your own mind and shift how you see yourself in that job. The job itself won't change, but as your thinking changes, so you will start to feel differently about your job. A more positive outlook will ripple outwards and you may start to see opportunities appear that weren't available to you before.

Change begins with you. The way you think and what you think create your external reality. Your perception of your world starts with your thoughts and that perception is the reality that you live with.

Trying to change other people is a waste of time and effort. It's hard enough to change ourselves, so how could we possibly change others? Instead work on creating change within yourself. As you change your relationship with that person will shift too.

Your thoughts are your life. Your life will only change when your thoughts do. This process will have a ripple effect on your environment and on the people around you. People will start reacting differently to you, just because you are responding differently to the world and to them.

Your thoughts have a lot of power. We create our reality with them and who we are. Random or negative thoughts are dangerous. You need to pay attention to what you are thinking as those thoughts are shaping your reality. If you need change in your life then start with your own thoughts.

We're not talking just about thinking positively here. Positive thoughts are great, but we need more than that to make meaningful change. Take one step further than positive thought and go for intentional thinking. Look for possibilities in every opportunity. Erase negative and disempowering thoughts from your life. Be aware of your thinking and whenever a negative thought slips through, cancel it immediately.

Are you ready to create change with your thoughts?

"A moment's thinking is an hour in words." Thomas Hood

"All causes are essentially mental, and whosoever comes into daily contact with a high order of thinking must take on some of it." Charles Fillmore

"An idea is always a generalization, and generalization is a property of thinking. To generalize means to think." George Hegel

"There are no limitations in what you can do except the limitations of your own mind as to what you cannot do. Don't think you cannot. Think you can." Darwin P. Kingsley
